buffet dinner and breakfast provided wide variety of food. the staff at check-in counter explained in detail to us with a floor plan. The air-conditioner was not powerful, little bit hot at night. Our four Japanese beds occupied only half or less than half area of the sitting room. modern and newly decorated lobby was impressive. They could enjoy the slides, balloons and waves. kids like the water land open during summer only very much. However, the time of the shuttle bus is not perfect for visitors to enjoy the facilities and sceneries nearby. ( 1 pm from Sapporo to the hotel at 3:30 pm 9:45 am from the hotel to Sapporo at 12:15 pm). Our comment: - free shuttle bus provided to and from Sapporo. My husband and I with 2 kids stayed in this hotel on 17 July 2018. You may see it at the lobby, inside the room or in the garden outside. Fantastic firework show on Toya Lake performed at 9 pm. Also the wide sleeves make us difficult to take food. The restaurant is very large with high ceiling, not enough cool air and we sweated during dinner, especially worn the Japanese clothes.
